Job Title: Domestic Housekeeper

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Domestic Housekeeper to join our team at Kim Mikkelsen. As a Domestic Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our client's home.

Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture.
  • Household Chores: Make beds, change sheets, stock linen closet, clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, pick up debris, and empty trash containers.
  • Laundry and Ironing: Launder clothing and household linens, mend clothing and linens.
  • Shopping and Errands: Shop for food and household supplies.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Work Environment: Non-smoking environment.
  • Work Setting: Work in employer's/client's home.
  • Transportation: Willing to travel.
Personal Qualities:
  • Punctuality: Must be punctual and reliable.
  • Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Language:

English is the primary language spoken in this role.

Work Hours:

38 to 40 hours per week.
