First Onsite - CA is seeking a highly skilled Carpenter to join our team. As a Carpenter, you will play a critical role in rebuilding homes and businesses for our residential and commercial customers after fire or flood emergencies.
Key Responsibilities- Repair and construct residential and commercial buildings, including roofs, cabinets, and other structures
- Oversee laborers to ensure quality standards are met
- Collaborate with construction crews to deliver superior quality work
- Ensure health and safety protocols are followed
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines
- At least 3 years of experience in the carpentry industry
- Ability to pass a background check
- Valid drivers' license
- Availability for scheduled on-call and after-hour shifts
- Ability to complete physical labor, material handling, and lifting tasks
