Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to clients in need of restoration services
Work collaboratively with the project manager to ensure timely completion of projects
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of industry-leading restoration techniques and technologies
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
