About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Youth Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing various programs within the PAGC Land Based Healing Project. You will work closely with youth and young adults to provide a quality program that includes 15 days of on-the--land activities and camping, as well as other holistic programming developed in collaboration with YAC.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is passionate about working with youth and young adults to engage and empower them in a positive environment where they can learn valuable skills and develop meaningful relationships.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement programs that meet the needs of youth and young adults, including on-the-land activities and camping
  • Collaborate with YAC and PAGC ELC and PAGC Land Based Team to plan and coordinate programs
  • Work with volunteers and community staff to oversee daily operations of the project
  • Provide quality interaction to members, volunteers, and participants
  • Assist with the implementation and delivery of on-the-land training and meeting coordination
