About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter Assistant to join our team at Sparta Framing Ltd. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for assisting our experienced carpenters with various tasks, including loading and transporting construction materials, mixing and pouring materials, and assisting with framing houses and erecting walls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Loading and unloading construction materials
  • Mixing and pouring materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Assisting with framing houses and erecting walls
  • Cleaning and piling salvaged materials
  • Removing rubble and other debris at construction sites

Work Environment:

As a Carpenter Assistant, you will work in a fast-paced construction environment, often under pressure to meet deadlines. You will be required to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and work in a physically demanding role.
