Concrete Finisher

BI Construction Company Inc. is seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team. As a Concrete Finisher, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality finish on concrete surfaces.
Key Responsibilities:- Check formwork, granular base, and steel reinforcement materials to ensure they meet specifications.
- Direct the placement of concrete into forms or onto surfaces according to grade.
- Fills hollows and removes spots on freshly poured cement.
- Operates power vibrators to compact concrete.
- Levels top surface concrete according to grade and depth specification.
- Imparts desired finish to concrete surfaces using hand and power tools.
- Installs anchor bolts, steel plates, door sills, and other fixtures.
- Repairs, resurfaces, and replaces worn or damaged sections of concrete structures.
- Reads and interprets blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications.
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience.
- Valid driver's license and own transportation.
- Physically demanding work environment.
- Handling heavy loads and standing for extended periods.
- Excellent oral communication and teamwork skills.
- Dependability and flexibility.
The work environment will be dusty, hot, and noisy. You will be working outdoors and may be required to work at various locations.
