About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Executive Officer to lead our team at Equip Exports Canada Inc. As the President and Chief Operating Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall strategy and direction of the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and success.
    • Authorize and establish major departments and senior staff positions to support the company's objectives.
    • Establish clear objectives and formulate policies and programs to achieve them.
  • Representation and Communication
    • Represent the company in negotiations and official functions, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, customers, and partners.
  • Financial and Administrative Management
    • Establish and maintain financial and administrative controls to ensure the company's financial stability and compliance with regulations.
    • Formulate and approve promotional campaigns to drive business growth and revenue.
    • Develop and implement human resources planning to support the company's objectives.
  • Supervision and Team Management
    • Supervise a team of 5-10 people, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
  • Computer and Technology Skills
    • Proficient in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Windows.
  • Personal Suitability
    • Accurate and efficient in all aspects of work.

    • Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience and Qualifications
    • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a senior executive role.
    • Permanent employment with a minimum of 35 hours per week.
    • Fluent in English as the primary language of work.
