Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to join our team at Kito Canada Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for purchasing general and specialized equipment, materials, and business services, as well as consulting with suppliers and managing delivery schedules.

Key Responsibilities
  • Purchase general and specialized equipment, materials, or business services
  • Consult with suppliers to negotiate prices and delivery schedules
  • Manage delivery schedules and monitor progress
  • Provide customer service and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify procurement needs and develop strategies to meet them
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working Conditions
  • 30 to 40 hours per week
  • Permanent position
  • English language
