Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Site Operations Specialist to join our team at Hayer Demolition Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of construction projects from start to finish.



About the Role: The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction site operations, with experience in managing teams and overseeing the safe and efficient completion of projects. You will work closely with our project managers to develop and implement project plans, as well as collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project delivery.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Loading and Unloading Materials: Responsible for loading and unloading construction materials, ensuring that all materials are properly secured and transported to the correct location on site.
  • Pre-Operational Inspection: Conduct thorough pre-operational inspections of equipment and machinery to ensure they are in good working condition and ready for use.
  • Mixing, Pouring, and Spreading Materials: Assist in mixing, pouring, and spreading materials such as concrete and asphalt, following strict safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Demolition Assistance: Assist in demolishing buildings, safely and efficiently removing debris and hazardous materials.
  • Clean-Up and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring that all tools and equipment are stored and secured when not in use.
  • Removing Debris: Remove rubble and other debris from construction sites, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Machinery Operation: Operate machinery and equipment used in construction, including tending or feeding machines or equipment as required.
  • Traffic Direction: Direct traffic at or near construction sites, ensuring that all personnel and vehicles are aware of potential hazards.


Work Conditions: This role requires working in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with physically demanding tasks that involve a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. Employees may be required to lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg).
