Accounting Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk to join our team at Roadx Express Ltd.
Responsibilities:- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers and journals.
- Process payroll and ensure timely payment to employees.
- Manage cash and maintain a secure and organized cash handling system.
- Prepare and send invoices to clients and collect payments.
- Perform general office duties, including filing and record-keeping.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and vendors.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
