Job Summary

The Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Concordia University invites applications for a three-year Extended Term Appointment (ETA) in the area of Computer Engineering. This is a full-time faculty position with a primary focus on teaching and service, with no research obligations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver high-quality course instruction to undergraduate and graduate students in Computer Engineering.
  2. Supervise students' project work and contribute to Department and program administration.
  3. Implement CEAB Graduate Attributes and support the development of curriculum.
Qualifications and Requirements
  1. A Ph.D. degree in Computer Engineering or a related field is required.
  2. Strong commitment to teaching and a proven track record of pedagogical activities.
  3. Membership in a Canadian professional engineering association, preferably in Quebec, is required.
  4. Industrial experience is a definite asset.
  5. Candidates are encouraged to share any career interruptions or personal circumstances that may have impacted their career goals.
