Requirements:

  • Community College Certificate in Building Environmental Systems Operation or equivalent.
  • At least three (3) years of experience in facility maintenance and operations.
  • Demonstrated expertise in HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical Systems, and BAS.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
