The Retention and Loyalty Manager plays a critical role in developing and executing strategies to increase customer retention and profitability at Allesoma. This position requires a unique blend of analytical and creative skills, as well as excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement retention marketing strategies to drive customer loyalty and revenue growth.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and develop solutions.
  3. Manage budgets and resources to ensure successful campaign execution.
  4. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform marketing decisions.
  5. Communicate campaign results and recommendations to stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have three to five years of experience in digital marketing, a strong understanding of customer journey optimization, and excellent data analysis and presentation skills.
