Your Role

As an Optician at Specsavers, you'll be responsible for providing top-quality eyecare and eye wear to our customers. This includes interpreting prescriptions, advising customers on suitable options, and fitting their new glasses beautifully.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Excellence: You'll work with the latest clinical technology and rigorous testing processes to develop high-quality lenses that meet our customers' needs.
  • Clinical Excellence: You'll use your clinical expertise to ensure we deliver exceptional clinical outcomes for our customers.
  • Support: You'll be supported and empowered by our team to practice within your full scope of qualification.
  • Professional Development: You'll have opportunities to further your career growth and provide mentorship to student opticians and the retail team.

Requirements

You'll need to be a licensed/registered optician holding a valid Dispensing Optician and/or Contact Lens Fitter License in your province. You'll also need to be passionate about eyecare and committed to exceptional customer experience and patient care.
