About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at Pizza Hut. Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food preparation team, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard
  • Train and develop our team members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their full potential
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Manage inventory, maintain accurate records, and prepare reports as required
  • Supervise the assembly of trays and ensure that all orders are prepared and delivered to customers in a timely manner
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
