Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Tajpur Investments Ltd. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit card, and debit payments.
  • Operate computerized inventory record keeping and re-ordering systems to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate sales records and inventory levels.
  • Assist in the display of merchandise and maintain a visually appealing store environment.
  • Conduct sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce platforms.
  • Maintain sales records for inventory control and provide insights to management to inform business decisions.
  • Prepare merchandise for purchase, rental, or lease, and ensure that all items are accurately priced and displayed.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Will train.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to operate computerized inventory record keeping and re-ordering systems.
  • Basic data entry skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.
