About the Role

At Fortinos, we're seeking a skilled Floral Designer to join our team. As a key member of our store team, you'll play a vital role in providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain visually appealing floral arrangements and displays that meet customer expectations.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on floral products and services.
• Assist with merchandising and inventory management within the floral department.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.
• Ensure a safe and clean working environment, adhering to company standards.
• Supervise part-time employees when assigned to lead the department.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
• Contribute to the overall success of the Garden Centre.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience in floral design in a retail environment.
• Demonstrated creativity, innovation, and selling skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure.
• Flexibility to work a variety of hours, including days, evenings, and weekends.
