Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Veterinarian to join our team at Cats Only Animal Hospital in Vancouver, BC. As a key member of our veterinary team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and collaborating with our support staff to deliver the highest level of service to our feline patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Examine patients to diagnose and treat health needs, utilizing your expertise in soft tissue surgical procedures, preventative care, and nutritional advice.
  • Collaborate with pet owners and support staff to provide comprehensive care and promote a positive patient experience.
  • Perform medical procedures, including physical examinations, immunizations, and surgery, with confidence and precision.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing education and professional development.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of excellence and compassion.
Requirements
  • A valid veterinarian license allowing practice in Canada.
  • Experience in soft tissue surgical procedures, preventative care, and offering nutritional advice.
  • Dedication to promoting team-based medicine practices and exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for coaching and mentoring students along their DVM journey.
  • An interest in attending conferences and networking with colleagues.
  • A love for all companion animals.
