Job Title: Clinical Manager - Child and Adolescent Mental Health Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Manager to join our Mental Health and Addictions Program. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and management to our Child and Adolescent Mental Health team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide effective management and leadership to the Child and Adolescent Mental Health team
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and service delivery
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to plan and implement patient-centered programs and services
  • Manage employee relations, including recruitment, retention, and performance management
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Baccalaureate degree in Nursing or related field
  • Master's degree in Nursing, Health Science, or related field
  • Registration with an Ontario Regulated College
  • Minimum 5 years of management experience in a Mental Health program
  • Proven leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
