Job Summary
We're seeking strong, organized, and hardworking individuals with experience in customer service and native culture. As a Sales Associate, you'll be responsible for maintaining and stocking inventory, operating sales systems, and providing excellent customer service. You'll also be comfortable answering phones and responding to product inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ability to work both alone and as part of a team
  • Reliable and dependable
  • Some previous experience with customer service is preferred
  • Knowledge, or the desire to learn, about native tobacco and native culture
  • Ability to learn and operate sales systems
  • Ability to complete multiple tasks at a time
  • Ability to lift boxes up to 20kg
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time
  • Ability to follow directions with regards to maintaining, stocking, and cleaning
  • Some previous experience with stocking and maintaining inventory is preferred
  • Comfortable answering phones and responding to product inquiries
  • To perform other duties as required
  • Is of legal age to handle tobacco in Canada
