Job Summary:

Main Responsibilities:

• Welcome and serve customers with a smile, setting clear expectations and ensuring their needs are met
• Custom fit glasses and precisely place prescriptions in lenses, demonstrating expertise in optical acumen
• Take and record measurements, accurately adjust and fit eyewear with attention to detail, ensuring finished eyewear meets standards and customer needs
• Assist team members with complex product needs and prescriptions, providing exceptional support and guidance
• Utilize technology effectively, leveraging product knowledge and tools to deliver outstanding results
• Proactively identify and resolve issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and exceeding expectations
• Prioritize tasks, manage time, and multitask with ease, achieving exceptional results on Brand KPIs and competencies
• Maintain a clean, attractive, and organized store environment, taking pride in our visual merchandising and store appearance
• Stay informed about safety opportunities and demonstrate safe work practices, adhering to company policies and procedures

Requirements:

• High School graduate or equivalent
• State Licensure
• Optical dispensing experience
• Strong customer service skills, including communication, listening, and teamwork
• Knowledge of current store merchandise and fashion trends
• Basic math skills and familiarity with POS, computers, and calculators
• Ability to adapt to new technology and change

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous customer service and retail experience
