Key Responsibilities- Approve or reject loan applications based on creditworthiness and financial stability.
- Assist clients in achieving their financial goals, such as business expansion, debt management, and investment.
- Complete and process credit and loan documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Forward irreconcilable accounts to collection for action.
- Interview loan applicants to assess creditworthiness and financial stability.
- Prepare statements on delinquent accounts, highlighting outstanding balances and payment plans.
- Review and update credit and loan files to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Submit credit and loan applications to management for review and approval.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in financial services, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service.

You will be required to work in a office setting, with regular meetings and communication with colleagues and management.
