We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team at First National.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) matching program.



About the Role

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for generating sales and volumes, servicing broker clients, and identifying new business opportunities. Key responsibilities include:



  • Building strong relationships with broker clients through regular communication and ensuring they have up-to-date marketing materials;
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive growth and increase market share;
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales activity, including expense and mileage reports;
  • Collaborating with internal teams to provide exceptional customer service and support;
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies;


Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:



  • A university degree in a related field or equivalent work experience;
  • At least two years' experience in the mortgage industry;
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills;
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines;
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing business;
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a high-performing team;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new technologies;
