We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Senior Manager, Portfolio and Client Services Expert at BMO Financial Group. This leadership position requires a strong background in client service, portfolio management, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Service and Portfolio Management: Provide exceptional client service and manage client portfolios to drive business growth and maximize profitability.
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve business objectives and deliver excellent client service.
- Business Development: Develop and execute business development plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve client satisfaction.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure operational excellence by developing and implementing processes and procedures to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Education: Post-secondary degree in a related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience: 7+ years of relevant experience in client service, portfolio management, and team leadership.
- Skills: Verbal and written communication skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, influence skills, collaboration and team skills, and data-driven decision making.
Fluency in French and English is required for this role, as it involves working with clients and team members in both languages.
Salary:$84, $156,000.00 per year.
Pay Type:Salaried.
