About SUSHI BLOSSOM - Restaurant

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cook to join our team at SUSHI BLOSSOM - Restaurant. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine the size of food portions and costs to ensure efficient use of ingredients and minimize waste.
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain a well-stocked kitchen and ensure a smooth service.
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, taking into account their dietary requirements and preferences.
  • Order supplies and equipment to maintain a well-stocked kitchen and ensure a smooth service.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure that we are operating within budget and meeting our quality standards.
  • Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment for our staff and customers.
  • Manage kitchen operations to ensure that we are meeting our quality and service standards.
