Roofing Maintenance Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough inspections of commercial and industrial roofing systems to identify areas requiring repair or maintenance.
- Prepare detailed reports of entire roofing system prior to commencing any work, highlighting potential issues and recommended solutions.
- Perform general cleanings of entire roofing system, including flat roof drains, scupper, eves-trough systems, to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Install caulkings, sealants, and compound trowel to all defected areas, ensuring a watertight seal and preventing further damage.
- Collaborate with foremen, supervisors, and team members to ensure all repairs are completed in a timely manner while adhering to Ministry Safety Regulations.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in roofing maintenance and repair.
- Strong knowledge of roofing systems, including commercial and industrial applications.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
