This role offers an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Section Chief, Advanced Structure Engineering, where you will lead a team of structural designers and stress analysts in developing innovative solutions for future aircraft structures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of engineers to define and develop future aircraft structures
- Develop strategies to achieve organizational objectives
- Ensure adequate engineering resources are assigned to tasks to meet product development deadlines
- Set annual employee objectives, evaluate performance, and establish salary recommendations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical or aeronautical engineering
- 10+ years of experience in the aerospace industry
- Experience in structural integrations and conceptual design
- Strong organizational and managerial skills, with ability to prioritize and plan
- Bilingual (French, English) with strong oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge of aeronautical product certification and experience in developing new products
