**Company Overview:** Farm Ventures is a leading agricultural company that requires a skilled maintenance handyman to join our team. As a maintenance handyman, you will be responsible for performing various tasks such as repairs, maintenance, and upkeep of our facilities.

**Estimated Salary:** $40,000 - $60,000 per year

**Job Description:

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all facilities, including sweeping, mopping, and waxing floors.
• Perform minor repairs on appliances and make adjustments to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies as needed.
• Work with minimal supervision and take initiative to complete tasks efficiently.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; no degree, certificate, or diploma preferred.
• Experience an asset, but not necessary.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle repetitive tasks.
• Physically demanding position requiring handling of heavy loads up to 45 kg (100 lbs).
• Strong judgment and organizational skills required.
