About the Role:
This is a unique opportunity to join SAP SE as an EXECUTIVE SALES DIRECTOR - ENTERPRISE GROWTH. We are seeking an experienced sales leader who can drive revenue growth and expansion in the corporate segment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise software sales, with a proven track record of success in net new account territories. They will possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team of sales professionals. The successful candidate will also have a deep understanding of the SAP value proposition and be able to articulate it clearly to customers and partners.

The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product specialists, IAEs, and channel partners, to develop and execute sales strategies that meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. Additionally, the Executive Sales Director will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key customers and partners, and identifying opportunities for business growth and expansion. This role will report directly to the Senior Vice President of Corporate Segment for Canada and will be focused on driving net new logos and expanding SAP footprints in existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the assigned SAP sales team to maximize solution sales, customer satisfaction, partner engagement, and territory management.
- Develop and execute sales strategies that meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners.
- Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion.
