Key Responsibilities- Provide patient-focused, safe, and holistic nursing care
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve successful outcomes
- Continually assess and respond to the changing needs of patients
- Travel within your region to provide care to patients in their homes
- Minimum two years of nursing experience, preferably in community nursing
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Ability to work independently in the community
- Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
- Valid Ontario driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Experience with infusion therapy, mental health, palliative care, and wound care
