About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Ski Instructor to join our team at Dagmar Resort Ltd. As a key member of our ski school, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction and ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver ski lessons to individuals and groups of varying skill levels
  • Assist with the coordination of ski events and programs
  • Lead groups and individuals in recreational or leisure programs
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive guest experience
Requirements
  • Canadian Association of Snowboard Instructors (CASI) Certification or Canadian Ski Instructors Alliance Certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
