Job Title: Wholesale Establishment Manager

At Han Star Co. Ltd., we are seeking a highly skilled Wholesale Establishment Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing staff, assigning duties, and overseeing the daily operations of our wholesale establishment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff Management: Manage and supervise a team of staff, including recruiting, hiring, and training new employees.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and analyze trends to determine consumer demand and potential sales volumes.
  • Merchandise Selection: Determine the merchandise and services to be sold, and locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale.
  • Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our products and services.
  • Financial Management: Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure the financial health of our establishment.
  • Staffing Requirements: Determine staffing requirements and ensure that the necessary staff are in place to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
