Job Description:

We are seeking an Eyelash Specialist to join our team at N15 hair & lash. As a key member of our esthetician's salon, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality lash and brow services.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the beauty industry, with a focus on eyelash extensions, eyebrow tinting, and threading. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized recommendations for lash and brow services.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general information to customers on beauty products
  • Perform eyelash extensions, eyebrow tinting, and threading services
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Upsell and promote establishment's products
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in the beauty industry
  • Esthetician's certification
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
