Job Description

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement activities to enhance the holistic care of clients, patients, and residents, promoting their mental, emotional, physical, spiritual, and cultural well-being.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide person-centered care and support.
  • Plan and lead recreational activities, programs, and events that cater to diverse needs and interests.
  • Assess client needs and preferences to create tailored activity plans.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of activities and programs, making adjustments as needed.

**Requirements:**

  • One (1) year of experience in healthcare or a related field.
  • Grade 12 education or equivalent.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license, where required.
