Unlock Your Potential as a Solution Architect at Informatica

We're on a mission to empower businesses to realize the transformative power of their data. As a Solution Architect at Informatica, you'll play a vital role in formulating technical account plans and leading sales engagements to their technical conclusion. Your expertise will drive success by understanding customer use cases and crafting technical solutions utilizing the Informatica Data Management Cloud.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and partners to develop comprehensive technical account plans and strategies.
  • Lead sales engagements to their technical conclusion, driving success through customer use case understanding and technical solution crafting.
  • Educate customers and internal stakeholders about the Informatica value proposition, engaging in in-depth architectural discussions.
  • Ensure solutions are optimized for successful deployment and usage in the cloud.
  • Contribute to pipeline generation through the delivery of technical workshops, social media promotions, content creation, and industry marketing events.
  • Support the Customer Success team through collaboration and customer nurture activities to drive consumption.
What We're Looking For:
  • Basic certification on at least 1 cloud ecosystem and 1 data-related cloud technology.
  • Intermediate knowledge of security for cloud computing.
  • Advanced level skills for Informatica services and product capabilities in respective major or area of focus.
  • Strong storytelling and presentation skills specific to use cases.
  • Ability to engage and create relationships with influencers, coaches, decision makers, and partners.
  • Intermediate technical knowledge of hybrid deployment of software solutions, data warehousing, database, and/or business intelligence software concepts and products.
  • Experience with AI and AI Modeling is preferred.
  • Experience with MDM finance or MDM is preferred.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in data integration, master data management, or data governance.
  • 3+ years of presales/technical sales, industry, or consulting experience.
  • BA/BS or equivalent educational background is preferred.
