Job Role

The Customer Service Team Lead plays a crucial role in ensuring each customer has a high-quality interaction. This involves interacting with customers daily to understand their needs, highlighting the benefits of our products, and recommending services that meet their requirements.

We are looking for a leader who can take charge and provide top-notch customer service.

 

Responsibilities

  1. Deliver outstanding customer service and build strong relationships with the customer base.
  2. Establish trusted relationships with customers to facilitate open communication and foster long-term accounts.
  3. Explain our products and services, highlighting the benefits and terms of service agreements.
  4. Recommend services based on customer needs.
  5. Stay up-to-date on current promotions and policies.
  6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

 

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles and processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
