Job Title: Cleaner

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team at Nelson Dion Jr., Nikki Dion, et al. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture.
  • Disinfection and Sanitation: Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, disinfect operating rooms and other areas, and clean and disinfect elevators.
  • Facilities Support: Provide basic information on facilities, pick up debris, and empty trash containers.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Security and Safety: Basic security clearance and criminal record check required.
  • Transportation: Own vehicle and valid driver's license required. Willing to travel and travel expenses not paid by employer.
Working Conditions:
  • Work Environment: Office building, various locations, airport, industrial facility or establishment, commercial building, and retail service establishment.
  • Physical Demands: Bending, crouching, kneeling, standing for extended periods, and walking.
Personal Suitability:
  • Punctuality: Must be punctual and reliable.
  • Client Focus: Must have efficient interpersonal skills and be a team player.
