We are seeking a highly skilled Maximo expert to join our team at American Iron & Metal. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing Maximo expertise related to configuration, customization, and reporting.

In this role, you will interpret our strategic vision and ensure that our team can understand it. You will also assist with Maximo updates and deployments, manage our backlog, and communicate team commitments with our Business Relationship Manager.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide Maximo expertise related to configuration, customization, and reporting
* Interpret strategic vision and ensure team understanding
* Assist with Maximo updates and deployments
* Manage backlog and ensure priorities and information are accurate and aligned with strategy
* Communicate team commitments with BRM
* Meet regularly with business and BRM to align on new demands and receive feedback from deliveries
* Organize team activities collaboratively
* Document end-to-end processes for business and help desk
* Work with BA's as required to ensure business requirements are clear
* Break down business requirements into user stories - ready work for team
* Organize and facilitate regular team ceremonies including daily huddle, sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives, demonstrations

Requirements

* Hold a university degree in a field related to IT
* 5 years of experience in a functional analyst position; Knowledge or experience of an ERP information system
* Holds one or more Maximo Certifications (Administrator, Deployment, Asset Management)
* Experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector
* Experience with relational databases (SQL)
* Experience in the implementation of information system from A to Z and process analysis
* Perfectly bilingual (French / English)
* Experience with the Agile approach
* Has a valid driver's license; Available for travel locally and internationally (20%) and legally authorized to travel abroad
