Salary: The salary range for this role is estimated to be between $85,000 and $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description: As an Advanced Patient Care Specialist at Southlake Regional Health Centre, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to a diverse acute medical patient population. Your primary responsibilities will include working collaboratively as part of a dynamic interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient flow and efficient care delivery. You will also contribute to the development and implementation of best practices for vascular access and devices, focusing on improving patient outcomes and reducing adverse events.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A strong commitment to lifelong learning and professional development is essential, as well as a keen eye for detail and analytical skills. Previous experience in a similar setting is highly desirable.
