Collaborating with multiple departments, including those within Seymour Pacific Developments, the Marketing Coordinator will develop and implement effective marketing campaigns and tenant retention programs and ensure consistent branding. The role also involves managing multiple projects to support the development and launching of new properties throughout Canada.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and drive business results.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously to support the development and launching of new properties.
- Ensuring consistent branding across all client-facing materials and marketing channels.
Requirements for success:
- Post-secondary education in marketing, communications, project management, business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a marketing or project management role.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and circumstances.
- Experience using website Content Management Systems.
- Proficient with MS Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
