We are seeking a skilled Ethnic Food Cook to join our team at Chaska Indian Street Food. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of traditional Indian dishes to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, adhering to our menu and quality standards.
- Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, ensuring their safety and satisfaction.
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring efficient use and minimizing waste.
- Clean kitchen and work areas, adhering to health and safety regulations.
We specialize in East Indian cuisine, offering a range of traditional dishes made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. As an Ethnic Food Cook, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in this exciting and flavorful cuisine.Experience:
We are looking for a candidate with 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role. You will be working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, so strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
