We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team at ADEC ADESA Auction Canada Corp. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and providing exceptional customer experiences on all our platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategies to increase dealer purchase behavior and buyer penetration on all our Remarketing platforms in the assigned region.
- Maintain 100% compliance with Salesforce utilization for accounts in your assigned book of business.
- Re-engage and reactivate fallout sellers for our company.
- Handle and close all at auction and digital if-bids, ensuring a high-level conversion rate.
- Drive dealer sales growth by utilizing our technology tools, implementing strategic ideas, and selling at auction ancillary services.
- Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience within a related field.
- A good understanding of methods for promoting and selling products and services.
- A valid driver's license in the province of employment.
- Proficiency in Google Products and computer skills.
- Experience in using Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
- Additional sales certifications or training.
- Familiarity with the automotive industry.
