About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Culinary Artist to join our team at Cascades Casino. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality food to our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Secondary school diploma or equivalent experience.
- Safe food handling certification and knife handling skills.
- Ability to obtain registration as a Category 2 Gaming Assistant with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario.
- Proven high level of customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 50 pounds.
