Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Office Supervisor to join our team at ACA Emergency Response Training Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Train and develop staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to management
  • Ensure the proper functioning of office equipment and systems
  • Resolve workplace issues and provide technical guidance to improve productivity and quality
  • Coordinate and review work assignments and tasks
  • Arrange for maintenance and repairs as needed
  • Collaborate with other departments and teams to achieve common goals
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
  • Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Initiative, judgement, reliability, and teamwork
  • Permanent work term
  • English language proficiency
  • 30-35 hours per week
