We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Watertec Irrigation LTD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on inventory levels, stock movements, and other relevant metrics.
  • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Train workers in duties and policies to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to maintain optimal warehouse operations.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize downtime.
  • Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics to ensure the smooth flow of goods and materials.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role.
  • Green job involving duties and responsibilities that lead to positive environmental outcomes.
  • Permanent position with a 40-hour workweek and English as the primary language of communication.
