Corporate Lawyer for Global Restructurings

We are seeking a seasoned Corporate Lawyer with 3-7+ years of experience in corporate transactional law, particularly in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and global corporate restructurings.
Responsibilities- You will work closely with our Corporate Partners and Associates as a team player, taking on a lead role to advise client companies on a broad array of corporate transactions.
- Our ideal candidate will have expertise in debt and equity financings and be licensed to practice law in Alberta.
The successful candidate will enjoy a competitive base salary with an incentivized bonus structure.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of approximately $150,000 per year, plus an incentivized bonus structure.
