We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our Wholesale Operations team at Adria Chemicals & Abrasives Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for allocating resources, authorizing department establishment, and coordinating regional work.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement organizational policies and programs
- Authorize and establish major departments and senior staff positions
- Coordinate regional work and establish objectives for the organization
- Represent the company in negotiations and official functions
- Select and delegate authority to middle managers and directors
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong organizational and time management skills
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a large workload and tight deadlines. They will be required to work under pressure and have excellent attention to detail.
