We're a dynamic demolition and excavation company based in Toronto, specializing in structural and interior demolition, excavation, underpinning, and hazardous materials abatement. Our clients trust us with high-risk, high-impact work because we bring discipline, experience, and transparency to every job.
This is a dual-role position, with time split between the office and the field. Key responsibilities include reviewing tender documents, conducting detailed quantity takeoffs, soliciting pricing from subcontractors, and assisting in project budget development and cost control strategies.
You'll also attend site visits and pre-bid walk-throughs, support pre-construction planning, coordinate timelines and tools, and communicate effectively with estimators, PMs, and field staff. Strong reading skills, estimation experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel are essential for this role.
