Accounts Payable Clerk

The BA Blacktop Group of Companies is seeking a skilled Accounts Payable Clerk to manage financial transactions and ensure accurate processing of invoices.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail to perform accounting and administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process A/P invoices, matching packing slips and invoices, obtaining approvals, data entry, filing, and preparation of payments to vendors.
- Respond to accounts payable inquiries and provide timely assistance.
- Assist with reception duties and perform other clerical functions as required.
Essential Qualifications:
- 2+ years' experience in a similar role with a high level of accuracy.
- Intermediate computer skills, including MS Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to use enterprise-level financial record-keeping software systems, spreadsheets, and email applications.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
Location: Surrey, BC
