Job Summary:

Precise ParkLink is seeking a detail-oriented Patrol Officer to ensure accuracy in issuing infractions and maintaining order at various parking lots throughout the lower mainland. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, time-management, and training skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify the expiration of parking tickets and parking permits/hang tags in vehicles.
  • Report any issues or concerns, including security concerns.
  • Record machine malfunctions and notify the Supervisor and/or Management Team.

Requirements:

  • Valid BC driver's license with a clean driving abstract.
  • Previous experience in parking enforcement or a background in security is an asset.
  • General knowledge of electronic equipment is an asset.
  • High school diploma.

Working Environment:

The Patrol Officer will work in a variety of environments, including internal and external settings, with exposure to cold, dirt, vehicle exhausts, noise, dust, heat, odors, rain, and snow.

Location: Kamloops, BC

Employment: Part-time, various days of the week

Hours: Varies

Compensation: $18.00/hour
